What this notice covers

This notice describes how this preview website collects and handles information. It applies only to this site. If you follow a link away from here, for example to a social profile or a maps service, that other site is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.

Information you give us

You can browse this site without providing any personal information. The only information we receive is what you choose to type into one of the forms, the contact form, the request-an-estimate form, or the careers-interest form. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, the details of your project or interest, and the options you select. We ask only for what is needed to respond to you.

How form submissions are handled

When you submit a form, its contents are sent by email to the operator of this preview so that your message can be read and answered. Because this is a preview, submissions are routed through a small forwarding service to the operator's inbox. This site does not run a customer database, and it does not store your submission in one, your details live in the email that is sent, and are used only to respond to your enquiry.

Spam protection

To keep the forms from being abused by automated spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy- friendly alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Turnstile checks that a submission is coming from a real person rather than a bot. It does not ask you to identify photos or solve puzzles, and it is designed not to track you across the web.

Hosting and security

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare serves the pages and protects the site from attacks and abuse. In doing so, Cloudflare may set essential security cookies (for example, to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic). These cookies are strictly for security and delivery, they are not used to build a profile of you or to show you advertising.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This preview site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not track your activity across other websites, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising. Beyond the essential Cloudflare security cookies described above, the only thing this site stores in your browser is a single preference: if the site offers to switch you to another language and you make a choice, that choice is remembered locally on your device (using your browser's local storage) so you are not asked again. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Fonts, images, and the map

The typefaces, images, and icons on this site are served from this site's own domain, not loaded from outside services, so simply viewing a page does not hand your visit to a third party. The office location shown on the contact page is an original illustration drawn for this site, not an embedded live map; the "Get directions" button is an ordinary link that opens your chosen maps service, which is then governed by that service's own policy.

How long we keep information

Because submissions arrive as email, they are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, and no longer than necessary. As a concept preview, this site holds no long-term customer records.

Your choices

Providing information through the forms is always optional. If you have submitted something and would like it removed, or if you have any question about how this preview handles your information, you can reach the operator through the site's contact form and we will take care of it.

If the way this site handles information changes, this page is updated to match. This notice is written in English, and the English version is the authoritative version; any translation is provided for convenience.
